In the old Power Plant facility Roger Preston team designed number of fit out space for the needs of tenants included but not limited to: Logicor, Blue Cactus. Kindergarten Kids&Co, Energix, Electrum, Cloud Technology, Bio Market, Beauty Hall, PVH, Fitness (Change), Craft Bar, Soul Food, Trufla Pasta Bar, Stodola Kebap'n Grill, Pelna Para, Ye Ye, Zlota Kura, Cold Bastard, Elektryk Bar, Kandela Bar, Dr Ceviche, La Vanille, Phily Cheese Steak, Medicover and Physiomed.
